Dr. Eve Russell is a respected physician in Harmony, married to athletic coach TC Russell, and mother to Whitney and Simone Russell.
For years, Eve has been keeping an explosive secret—that not only does she have a sordid past with TC's sworn enemy Julian Crane, but also had a son with him!
Eventually, Eve's long lost sister Liz showed up in Harmony, swearing revenge on the good doctor for abandoning her when she was a child. Liz exposed Eve's secret, resulting in her and TC getting a divorce. After a legal scare, Eve and Julian reunited (and even got engaged), but ended their relationship due to their involvement with their exes.
Eve and Julian then directed their attention to finding their long-lost son after it was revealed that Chad was not actually their missing child. Eve was horrified to learn that her son was Vincent, a murderer who has been terrorizing Harmony.
